Learn More About Us

 Fredolyn.

I'm a south seattle-born Filipina-American. An educator and forever a student of life. Reiki has helped me reconnect with myself and my truth - reminding me that we all have the power (and responsibility) to heal ourselves and care for our communities. Outside of work, you'll find me practicing Reiki, traveling, connecting mind and body through Pilates, exploring nature with my two dogs or catching a concert. I love my growth, presence, connection and love.

Thanny.

I am a Mexican and Spaniard Reiki practitioner with a deep connection to the earth and the moon. I’ve always felt guided by intuition and compassion, and when I discovered Reiki, it felt like a natural extension of who I am. I work at a psychiatric hospital, where I’m devoted to helping others heal emotionally and spiritually. Being outdoors and surrounded by animals grounds me. I look forward to keep learning and finding more ways to help contribute to this world.

Kharen.

I was born in the Philippines, raised in San Jose, California and planted my roots in Seattle / Tacoma, Washington.

In 2020, I took my friend’s online yoga class. This was my first experience with yoga and the beginning of my exploration into alternative healing and health.  I accelerated my personal practice by enrolling in an online yoga teacher training course to deepened my understanding. I was then invited to be in the first cohort of Reclaiming Reiki which has taken this healing journey beyond my curiosity of healing myself into healing others.

I am a DJ and love curating music for events. I love to dance, it grounds me. I love long walks with my dog and spending time with my family and friends.

Pamela.

Lakewood (Washington) raised, single momma, intuitive empath, and a lifelong student of growth, soul searching, and transformation.

Life has shaped me through both loss and renewal teaching me how to move forward with resilience, intuition, and compassion. Raising my daughter, Kamryn, to be a kind, grounded human is at the center of everything I do.

Outside of my role with the Washington State Department of Health, I value connection, depth, and finding lightness and joy in everyday moments.

I live with intention, compassion, and growth, rooted in love, always rising.

Meesa.

I am an Acupuncturist, Energy Worker, and the founder of Reclaiming Reiki, a school dedicated to restoring the lineage, integrity and accessibility of traditional Reiki practice to place back in the hands of the BIPOC community. My life’s work is rooted in helping people reconnect to themselves, rebuild trust in their own innate intelligence, and reclaim their healing power—especially those who have been historically left out of (modern) wellness spaces due to access and resource deficits.
I started my career as an Acupuncturist and I quickly saw the same pattern again and again: people came to me not just with pain, but with deep exhaustion from carrying emotional, generational, and societal burdens on their own, in our dis-jointed and scattered society. Many of them  had tried everything—medications, talk therapy, multiple diagnoses—but still felt disconnected from their bodies and their intuition. Reiki became one of the most transformative modalities I offered. It met people exactly where they were. It restored softness where the world demanded hardness. It gave people a way to ground, re-center and breathe again.

Over time, I began training students in Reiki, and something profound happened: they experienced the same empowerment and transformation I had seen myself and in my patients. Teaching showed me that Reiki is not just a healing practice—it is a lineage that teaches personal responsibility, deep presence, and community care. I realized that building a school dedicated to this work could ripple healing outward far beyond what I could offer one-on-one.
That is why we are building Reclaiming Reiki—a training school that offers comprehensive Reiki education grounded in integrity, trauma awareness, and meaningful apprenticeship. My goal is to train practitioners who are ethical, confident and truly capable of holding space for and with others. I am especially passionate about making Reiki education accessible to women, single-parents, parents of BIPOC children, BIPOC practitioners, and those transitioning into healing arts careers without institutional support. My prayer is for this community to grow and flourish in a space where joining isn’t limited to just being taught—It is creating space to remember what’s always been inside.

Welcome to your space we dared to create.

Mission + Vision

🌿 Mission
Reclaiming Reiki is a soul-led container for energetic restoration, self-sovereignty, and remembrance.
🌿 Vision
A world where every person is in sovereign relationship with themselves — and with each other. Where healing is no longer something given or bestowed, but remembered from within. Where ancestral wisdom is restored, not borrowed, and the communities who were never given space to heal are centered, not accommodated.
